Orders

Orders are done when the business has created and assigned a catalog to the WhatsApp account. Order is done when a customer opens the business' catalog from the WhatsApp app, chooses products and send them as a message.

By default, when a customer sends an order message, a special bot called "Order Bot" will generate a payment link and send it as a button message as shown.

The link navigates to a stripe checkout. Upon success payment, the invoice will be sent to the customers and via email to the business.

Orders Page

All the orders that the business have placed are in this page, along with all the order's information, there is also a status. You can change the status of each order to either placed, canceled, or delivered. Once you place the order form the chat between you and a customer, it saves in this page with a default status of placed. If a customer decided to cancel it (by clicking on the "Cancel Order" button), the status will automatically changed to Canceled. However, you can always change the status from the table.

You can also view the products of the order by clicking on View button for each order.
